Yousco Holiday Homes has 6 villas in the UAE: Sea Breeze Villa (Dibba, Fujairah), Jungle Breeze Villa (Dibba, Fujairah), Crystal Breeze Villa (Al Bidyah, Fujairah), The Bay Villa (Dibba, Fujairah), Greenland Farm (Margham, Dubai) and Al Ali Island (Al Rowaiyah, Dubai).
Do the villas have a pool?+
Yes, all 6: Sea Breeze — your own pool, 4.5 ft, Jungle Breeze — your own pool, 4.5 ft, Crystal Breeze — private swimming pool, The Bay Villa — your own pool, Greenland Farm — private pool, 7 ft and Al Ali Island — private swimming pool.
How many guests can stay?+
Sea Breeze up to 12, Jungle Breeze up to 10, Crystal Breeze up to 16, The Bay Villa up to 10, Greenland Farm up to 25 and Al Ali Island up to 25. For groups of up to 25, look at Greenland Farm and Al Ali Island.
Do I book the whole villa?+
Yes. Every booking is the whole villa, just for your group — never shared with other guests. At Al Ali Island all four suites come with it.
What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
What is included in the stay?+
Towels, toiletries and Wi‑Fi are provided. Meals are not included — bring your food, drinks and charcoal for the BBQ.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes, a refundable security deposit applies to every stay.
